COVID-19 Shipping Update
During the ongoing global pandemic, Sunshine Grocery’s service goal is to ship out orders within 2 business days from receipt. Upon shipping, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Estimated delivery times have ranged from 2 business days, up to 7 business days. Please utilize the provided tracking number for up-to-date delivery information. We appreciate your patience. All orders within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area, over $75 and over $125 Canada Wide and under 30 pounds will be shipped via Canada Post expedited parcel free of charge. To our customers in the United States, a live shipping rates will appear at checkout,
For orders within the GTA under $75 will be delivered by Sunshine Grocery for a flat rate of $6.99.
For overweight items, additional shipping costs will also apply.
The minimum free shipping dollar amount excludes discounts, promotions, sales tax, and shipping.
We use Canada Post and Canada Post provides estimated delivery times. The estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Neither we nor Canada Post are able to provide 100% guarantees on arrival.
When your order is shipped, an order update will be emailed to you with a tracking number. You may track your order via Canada Post website.
Undeliver Packages or Missing Items
Sunshine Grocery shall work with our partner shipping carrier to promptly deliver packages to you. In the event packages are delayed, damaged, re-routed, and/or incorrectly delivered, we shall work with the shipping carriers to rectify. This process may significantly delay the delivery of your package.
We make every effort to help ensure there are no incorrect or missing items in your order. Should this occur, within 3 days of the receipt of shipment, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any adjustments thereafter shall be at the sole discretion of Sunshine Grocery.
We now ship all across Canada and in the United Sates.
We sell Filipino Foods and non-food Filipino items.
Yes! You get free shipping on all orders over $125 Canada Wide (except Nunavut and some town in Ontario that is considered remote) and $75 within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area).
Yes, our minimum order is $75.
We accept all major credit cards. We also take INTERAC E-transfers.
If you are interested in paying by E-transfer, please send your payment to email@example.com Order will be fulfilled after payment has been received.
We ship our products through Canada Post and shipping times depend on the preferred delivery option you choose at check-out. Please allow one to two business days to prepare orders and please note that we ship only on business days.
Unfortunately, we do not take returns. If you are not satisfied with the products you received except frozen and bakery goods. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the product and we’ll replace it for you or send you a full refund.
Yes, but we do not guarantee the freshness of Frozen and Bakery Goods upon delivery. We only send products that are fresh and in good condition. We will not honour refunds due to circumstances beyond our control. Order Frozen and Bakery Goods at your own risk. Please note, we packed and shipped frozen goods in a cool shield thermal packaging with ice packs. We now offer insulated foam container to ship your frozen products at an extra charge. This would help preserve freshness and quality when shipping.
